Insider-selling screens flag heavy executive sell-throughs. Most insider selling is noise (pre-arranged 10b5-1 plans), but cluster sales by multiple insiders, particularly outside a 10b5-1 window, are the cleanest distribution signal.

  • Cluster filter, two or more insiders selling same name
  • Optional 10b5-1 plan exclusion to surface discretionary sales
