Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier is free forever with no card, and every new account opens with 7 days of Pro at no cost. A card is only ever asked for when you choose a paid plan yourself.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
Your account moves to the free tier automatically. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Your watchlists, alerts, and journal stay put.
Is the data real-time or delayed?
Free data is delayed by 15 minutes: quotes, the scanner and chart candles, for logged-out visitors and for free accounts once the trial ends. Pro and the 7-day trial are real-time. Pro streams live candles on every chart, adds Level 2, time and sales, sub-minute bars and options flow, and runs up to 8 scanner panels. Every data surface is labeled live, delayed or end of day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and the plan runs to the end of the current billing period. No calls, no retention maze, no export lock-in.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans bill once up front: $374/yr for Pro (about $31/mo) and $756/yr for Terminal (about $63/mo), saving 20% versus monthly. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, and we email you at least 15 days before any renewal.
What is the difference between Pro and Terminal?
Pro is the complete real-time terminal: live streaming data on every surface, up to 8 scanner panels, all 134 indicators, Level-2 order book and time & sales, sub-minute charts, the AI scanner, unlimited journal, and strategy backtesting. What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your scans, watchlists, alerts, and journal history stay on your account on the free tier. Downgrading changes limits, not ownership.
